Learning Through Doing

This means spending lots of your learning time with your hands on the equipment. We believe it’s better to have 7 very well equipped studios than 1 fantastic studio. More studios means more studio time for students.

Technological Toy Room

A dBs centre can seem like a technological toy room but it’s a toy room designed with learning in mind. A toy room where you will push your creative boundaries as far as they’ll go. A toy room where you will learn the essential tools of your trade.

A Mixing Console?

Large mixing consoles can be great fun to work with but the music industry is using them less and less. We want to spend lots of time teaching students on tools they’ll actually be using in their future careers. Up to date industry standard hardware and software.

These studios will also be presenting extra bolt on courses ranging from specialist small group workshops through to highly focussed one on one sessions.
